Deera Nelson Charged in Waterbury Murder of Jarron Chapman

Deera Nelson, 21, has been charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and hindering prosecution in connection with the shooting death of Jarron Chapman.

Nelson was arrested Thursday and is being held on $1.25 million bond. She is scheduled to be arraigned today at Waterbury Superior Court.
