WATERBURY — Police and community members are searching for Charlie, a 32-year-old mentally disabled manwho has been missing since Tuesday, October 21. He was last seen in the Willow/Hillside section of Waterbury.

Anyone who has seen Charlie or may have information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Waterbury Police Department immediately.
