Waterbury CT- On Friday, a Waterbury resident purchased a winning “Holiday Cash 100X” ticket at Basil Mini Mart Inc. in Waterbury and won $10K, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them.

As of Oct. 1, 2025, the CT Lottery will no longer publish winners’ names without their written consent.
