Waterbury, CT- Jalen Skeete, 25, of Bridgeport, allegedly sparked a multi-town police chase last week after reportedly stealing his girlfriend’s laptop and phone during a domestic dispute. The devices, recovered by authorities, helped track him as he fled the city, leading officers on a dangerous pursuit through Prospect and Bethany, culminating in his arrest in Danbury area.
