Waterbury — Police responded to a reported armed robbery at the Exxon gas station located at 474 Bank Street on Wednesday, November 20th

FBI Arrest at Grand News LLC in Waterbury Causing a Stir in the Community

According to police, an older white male dressed in all black was identified by the Real Time Crime Center using nearby cameras. The suspect fled the scene on foot but was quickly located and taken into custody.

Officers later clarified that although the incident was initially reported as an armed robbery, the suspect did not display a weapon and only kept his hands in his pockets.
