WATERBURY — The Waterbury Health Department held a community Resource Fair and Winter Coat Drive on Saturday, November 22, 2025, giving residents easy access to local services, support programs, and cold-weather essentials all in one location.
The event ran from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with the coat drive continuing until supplies ran out. Families and individuals visited tables hosted by community partners sharing information on health services, youth programs, housing resources, wellness support, and more.
Organizers say the goal was simple: connect Waterbury residents with the resources they need as the winter season begins.
The fair was held in the back parking lot of the Waterbury Health Department at 185 South Main Street, offering a convenient outdoor setup for attendees to stop by, ask questions, and pick up winter essentials.
The Health Department plans to continue partnering with local organizations throughout the season to ensure residents stay informed, supported, and prepared for the colder months ahead.
