Waterbury, CT- Monday marks Day 1 of the scheduled paving work on Bank Street, part of the City of Waterbury’s ongoing downtown streetscape upgrades. Crews began work at 7:00 a.m., officially launching a three-day paving schedule expected to run Monday, Nov. 24 through Wednesday, Nov. 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.
