Waterbury, CT- The Waterbury Youth Prevention Violence League, a community initiative by the BPRC, wrapped up its 2025 season today, November 25, at the Southend Recreation Center. The league, operating under the umbrella of Hispanic Coalition Inc., focuses on supporting local youth through sports, teamwork, and positive engagement.
The final game of the season was a nail-biter, coming down to the last minute. Nathan Daniels, leading the way for Enlightenment School, earned MVP honors for his standout performance, helping secure a thrilling 48–41 victory over Southend.
The 2025 Youth Prevention League showcased not only athletic talent but also the importance of community support, mentorship, and positive youth development. Congratulations to all the teams for a season of dedication, sportsmanship, and memorable moments.
