Waterbury, CT- Police and Fire units are actively responding to a developing situation at the intersection of Willow and Hillside streets. Several officers and firefighters entered the building, 174 Willow Street, which was allegedly shut down by the Health Department earlier this summer.

An individual has been arrested and taken into custody, though authorities have not released additional details about the person or the charges.
