Waterbury- The City of Waterbury is operating a 24-hour warming center at the North End Recreation Center (268 North Main Street) through Tuesday, December 10 as temperatures drop.

Residents experiencing cold-related emergencies can call the Connecticut Help Line at 211. Additional resources and warming options are available across the city:
