Waterbury- The Waterbury Regional Chamber is helping local professionals start their Friday strong with its December “Wake Up Your Business” Networking Buzz Session, focused on a timely topic: Handling Holiday Stress.

The event takes place Friday, December 12, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM at Sweet Bella @ the Matt, located at 144 West Main Street, Waterbury.

Attendees will enjoy coffee, community networking, and practical guidance from featured speaker Laura Nesta of Bluebird Wellness Center. Nesta will share strategies to manage holiday-related stress — both personally and in the workplace — offering valuable takeaways for one of the busiest times of the year.

The session will be hosted by Jim Beland, Membership Director for the Waterbury Regional Chamber.

This monthly Buzz Session is open to members and future members across all regional branches, including:
