Waterbury- After a citywide water crisis disrupted the opening week of the season, the NVL boys basketball schedule is officially back on track. By the end of today, every team will have played at least one game, allowing the 2025 season to finally take shape.
Kennedy has been the early headline in Waterbury, jumping out to a surprising 2–0 start. The Eagles opened the season with an impressive win over Lewis Mills, followed by a thrilling 48–45 squeaker against Seymour. Kennedy now faces another unexpected 2–0 squad in Woodland today, a matchup that should provide an early litmus test.
