Senior Alex Turner led the charge with a lights-out shooting performance from beyond the arc, knocking down eight three-pointers and finishing with a game-high 30 points. Turner’s shooting opened the floor and set the pace for a balanced WCA attack.

Every WCA starter finished in double figures:

  • Alex Turner – 30 points
  • A. Rodriguez – 10 points
  • M. Robinson – 15 points
  • M. Weaver – 12 points
  • E. Blaise – 14 points

Now sitting at 6–10, the Spartans have four games remaining in what is shaping up to be a season turnaround worth remembering.

Kennedy, a young Eagles squad without a senior player to honor on Senior Night—aside from its cheerleaders—showed fight behind the backcourt of T. Morrison and A. Sumler, who worked tirelessly to keep the Eagles competitive. Ultimately, WCA’s size advantage and perimeter shooting proved too much to overcome.
