Waterbury Police Department Responds to Epstein Document Inquiry; Directs Further Questions to FBI

Waterbury- The Waterbury Police Department has issued a response to an inquiry from The Waterbury Times regarding documents circulating online and attributed to materials connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

In a statement provided to The Waterbury Times, the department said:

“Due to the redactions in the files, we cannot identify what case(s) that is specifically being referenced. Any further information requested on this should go through the Federal Bureau of investigations.”

The department’s response comes after The Waterbury Times requested clarification regarding references to Waterbury contained within the documents.
