Waterbury-The City of Waterbury’s Bureau of Recreation is now accepting applications for Playground Leaders for the upcoming Summer 2026 season. This is an exciting opportunity for teens to gain valuable work experience, engage with the community, and earn competitive pay while enjoying the summer months.

Positions & Pay

• Role: Playground Leader
• Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Pay: $16.94 per hour
• Locations: Sites vary across Waterbury
