WATERBURY, CT — Crosby High School senior Casleem Washington finished his NVL career with a hard-fought 67-64 loss in the Semi-Finals to Waterbury Career Academy. While the Bulldogs came up just short, Washington’s standout senior season showcased his leadership, skill, and defensive dominance.

Washington, a 6’5” small forward wearing #0, put up impressive numbers across 22 games (not including the Semi-Final):
- 18.5 points per game
- 11.3 rebounds per game
- 2.0 assists per game
- 2.5 steals per game
- 1.5 blocks per game
- 407 total points
Leadership & Impact
Casleem brought athleticism, effort, and energy on every play. He was the most consistent piece for Crosby through a season of highs and lows:

- Four-game winning streaks and losing streaks
- Big wins over Holy Cross and Waterbury Career Academy
- Puzzling loss to Seymour
- A 30-point loss and a 20-point win over Wilby
