Waterbury, CT On Feb 27, 2027 — Officers from the Waterbury Police Department’s Vice and Intelligence Unit, Crime Prevention Unit, Auto Theft Task Force, Gang Task Force, and the Connecticut State Police Violent Crime Task Force executed multiple search warrants targeting Carlos Baez, 43, of Waterbury.
