Waterbury- The postseason is here! Waterbury-area teams are gearing up for their CIAC tournament runs across Divisions 2 and 3. Here’s what to watch this week:

Division 2

• (29) WCA at (4) Fitch – 3/6/26, a tough road test for the Spartans. Can WCA pull off the upset?
• (23) Crosby at (10) Fairfield Prep – Also 3/6/26 the Bulldogs look to continue their playoff momentum which was snapped in NVL semis

NVL Boy’s Basketball Tourney Update – (7)Crosby Upsets (2) Wilby Behind Benjamin & Washington Explosion

Division 3

• (6) Wilby vs (27) Bristol Central – Saturday , March 7th, Wilby takes on the court after disappointing quarterfinal exit vs Crosby.
• Keep an eye on Torrington and Naugatuck, both strong NVL contenders lurking in the brackets of D3.

Division 1

• Waterbury’s only D1 representative is Holy Cross. The team opens against New London (8) at New London in what promises to be a tight matchup.
• D1 action kicks off Tuesday, March 10th – details on Waterbury-area participation to follow.
