WATERBURY, CT — The Waterbury Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Eddie Kennedy, a 53-year-old man wanted on charges of Larceny in the First Degree and Criminal Impersonation.

Police say Kennedy allegedly targeted hotels across Connecticut by posing as a business owner and securing large blocks of hotel rooms for extended stays. Investigators say the reservations were made under false pretenses, leaving hotels with significant financial losses.
According to authorities, Kennedy has been connected to incidents in several communities, including Waterbury, Southington, and Southbury.
Police say he was last seen on March 5, 2026, at the Wyndham Southbury.
Investigators say there is currently an active $100,000 warrant for Kennedy’s arrest issued out of Waterbury, along with an additional warrant issued in Southington.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about Kennedy’s whereabouts to contact the Waterbury Police Department at 203-574-6941.
The investigation remains ongoing.
