Person was found dead in a pond at a Waterbury park on Thursday morning.
Police officers located the deceased individual at approximately 8 a.m.; it was then removed from the pond. A death investigation has been launched, according to officials, and there’s no additional information available at this time. Fulton Park is located in Waterbury on Cooke Street.
