Insogna, a Caucasian female, was arrested on May 9, 2025, near an abandoned house on Willow Street in Waterbury. During the arrest, officers recovered multiple folds of suspected narcotics from her possession, which later tested positive for heroin and fentanyl. Additionally, police records revealed that Insogna was wanted on other outstanding warrants. Unable to make bond, she was held at the Waterbury Police Department pending a court appearance scheduled for May 12.
