WATERBURY, CT — Police and detectives responded to a major incident Friday at the 400 Grand Street parking garage in downtown Waterbury. Officers rushed to the scene for an undisclosed situation, prompting a heavy law-enforcement presence in the area.

According to initial information, one Black male was transported from the scene by ambulance after several Waterbury Police officers and investigators entered the garage area.
