Waterbury Police Raid Angel Drive Apartment, Seize Drugs and Firearms; Multiple Arrests Made

Waterbury, CT — On November 25, 2025, members of the Waterbury Police Department’s Vice and Intelligence Unit, Crime Prevention Unit, and Auto Theft Task Force executed a raid at 84 Angel Drive, resulting in the seizure of significant narcotics, firearms, and cash, and the arrest of multiple individuals.

The operation began when officers attempted to apprehend Adam Guzman, 27, of Waterbury, who had two active felony warrants. Guzman fled on foot from a vehicle but was quickly taken into custody in the rear of the apartment building. Ronnie Linnen, 27, the vehicle’s passenger, also fled into Apartment A but was apprehended.

Simultaneously, Alexander Diaz, 25; Rayshawn Maxwell, 25; and Rashaan Reeder, 30, all of Waterbury, fled from the residence on foot and were taken into custody without incident. During the execution of a search warrant at Apartment A, two additional men, Christopher Lanham, 36, and Donavan Hardison, 35, both from Waterbury, were arrested.

Items Seized

Authorities confiscated the following:

  • 400 grams of fentanyl
  • 6 pounds of marijuana
  • 3,440 bags of heroin/fentanyl
  • 1.6 kg of cocaine/crack cocaine
  • $23,462 in cash
  • Three handguns:
    • Smith & Wesson 9mm
    • Glock 27 .40 caliber (stolen from Hartford, CT)
    • Glock 22 .40 caliber (stolen from Rocky Hill, CT)

Police estimate the street value of the seized narcotics at approximately $120,000.

Charges

Adam Guzman faces:

  • Operating a drug factory
  • Possession of a stolen firearm
  • Criminal possession of a pistol/revolver (3 counts)
  • Possession of marijuana with intent to sell
  • Possession of cocaine/base over ½ oz
  • Possession of more than 1 oz of heroin
  • Additional firearm and narcotics offenses

Alexander Diaz, Ronnie Linnen, Rayshawn Maxwell, Rashaan Reeder, Christopher Lanham, and Donavan Hardison were each charged with various firearm, narcotics, and related offenses, including operating a drug factoryand possession of controlled substances with intent to sell.

All arrests were made without incident, and the investigation remains ongoing.
