WATERBURY — City leaders, elected officials, families, and residents packed the auditorium at Kennedy High School Monday night for the inaugural meeting of the Board of Aldermen (BOA) and the Board of Education (BOE). The ceremony marked the official swearing-in of newly elected Aldermen, Commissioners, and officers under the administration of Mayor Paul K. Pernerewski, Jr.
