Waterbury– Waterbury residents witnessed a mysterious FBI arrest yesterday morning at Grand News LLC, a local Bond LLC, sparking curiosity and concern throughout the community.

According to an employee on the scene, Steve, the incident happened quickly and in a blur. He described the individual, reportedly of Hispanic descent, purchasing a coffee and a pack of cigarettes before leaving the store. Moments later, FBI agents rushed in, handcuffed the person with zip ties, and placed them into a vehicle.
Steve noted the FBI van pulled onto the sidewalk so close that he feared it might strike the storefront. Notably, there were no signs of Waterbury Police Department or State Police involvement.
