Waterbury, CT Following a summer marked by multiple high-profile incidents in the Willow, Hillside & Grove corridor, the Waterbury Police Department’s Community Relations Division has released to The Waterbury Times new activity and crime statistics for September and October, giving residents a clearer picture of what has changed — and where challenges remain.
