WATERBURY, CT – The Waterbury Regional Chamber is inviting job seekers of all backgrounds to its upcoming Job Fair, taking place on Thursday, December 11, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Waterbury City Hall, Veterans Hall, 2nd Floor, 235 Grand Street.
This year, the fair is moving to a new location, giving attendees a convenient space to meet directly with local employers across a variety of industries. Admission is free, and no pre-registration is required, making it accessible to everyone looking to explore new career opportunities.
Attendees will have the chance to:
- Speak face-to-face with hiring managers
- Learn about different career paths they may not have considered
- Discover positions in healthcare, education, human services, manufacturing, and more
- Make connections that could lead to immediate job opportunities
A growing list of businesses and organizations will be present at the event, including:

Employers who have attended previous Chamber job fairs report strong results. ION Bank said, “We met more applicants that afternoon than what we receive online in a month!” Trinity Health of New England added, “The number of healthcare workers at multiple levels of expertise exceeded any job fair we’ve taken part in. Well-worth the fee compared to prices Indeed charges.” Even the CT Army National Guard praised the event: “The Chamber’s February Job Fair was a great opportunity to speak with almost 200 job seekers in the Greater Waterbury Area. We can’t wait for the next one!”
