Well, here it is. Three years in the making but we have arrived. That pivotal moment in a company’s journey where they either expand or they fade into the memories of great ideas that lost momentum. I started with a Facebook page in 2023 and now we reach over 15K followers across multiple platforms and the content has been seen millions of times over the past 3 years. What started as an idea to keep local residents in the loop when it came to news and information has turn into a movement that I never anticipated. The Waterbury Times has become a pillar and a daily destination for thousands of Waterbury residents and surrounding towns to find out the matters that matter the most. The love that I have received is almost unbelievable when you take into consideration that everyone told me that ” no-one supports anything in Waterbury”. Well, I can attest that is “fake news” because I have found supporters from every demographic, background, age, and location of this city. What I have learned is that the City of Waterbury respects consistency. Even for those who may not like my brash delivery, they all respect my consistency. I don’t switch up here at the Waterbury Times. I stand behind every post, stance and comment and will always reevaluate a position once new fact are introduced.

With that being said we are entering into PHASE 2 of The Waterbury Times. I am expanding the Website and our Social Media presence while also introducing new shows ( Waterbury’s Wildest Arrests-Youtube) Saturday Night Tik-tok Live (TikTok), and our new Newsletter series here at The Waterbury Times website. The 58 subscribers of these free articles have been here on the Website far longer than those just now finding it. You all remember when it was just articles. Now it is interactive and updated daily.
