Waterbury-The Waterbury Police Department will host a Community Outreach Pop-Up event later this month aimed at connecting residents with local officers, organizations, and community resources.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Brass City Harvest.

According to organizers, the event will provide residents with an opportunity to:

• meet local police officers,
• learn about available community resources,
• ask questions and share concerns,
• and connect with neighborhood organizations and partners.

The outreach effort is being coordinated in partnership with the Police Activity League and other local community groups.
