Waterbury-The Waterbury Knights Football Program is inviting young athletes to a free football clinic tonight focused on fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence building.
The clinic will take place from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at Hamilton Park and is open to athletes ages 6-13 as of July 1, 2026.
Organizers say the clinic is designed for both beginners and experienced players, offering a positive and competitive environment where athletes can stay active while learning the fundamentals of football.
Participants are encouraged to bring:
- a water bottle,
- a positive attitude,
- and ready-to-work energy.
The program says all other equipment and instruction will be provided.
The Waterbury Knights describe the event as an opportunity for young athletes to learn, grow, and become part of a team-centered culture focused on discipline, confidence, and community.
